Y\u00fcksek \u00d6\u011fretim Kurulu&#8217;nun (Y\u00d6K) belirledi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitelerinden biri olan \u0130YTE, &#8220;Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 Dostu \u00dcniversite&#8221; olmaya odaklanm\u0131\u015f kurumlara verilen bu akreditasyon ile insan kayna\u011f\u0131 potansiyelini en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HRS4R Nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HRS4R; \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f payda\u015f gruplar\u0131 ile ortak \u00e7aba ve koordinasyonu i\u00e7eren, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131na dayanan, uzun vadeli bir taahh\u00fctt\u00fcr. HRS4R s\u00fcreci i\u00e7in bir co\u011frafi s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015f olup g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze dek d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 704 kurum bu sertifikay\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. HRS4R, Avrupa\u2019da ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n daha etkin ve verimli hale getirilmesini 40 prensip \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6ng\u00fclerde kurumlar kendi i\u00e7lerinde Avrupa Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar i\u00e7in belirlenen bu 40 prensip kapsam\u0131nda bo\u015fluk analizlerini yapar ve bunun sonucu olarak haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131 uygularlar. Avrupa Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen uzmanlar, gerek uzaktan gerekse saha ziyaretleri ile eylem plan\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n izleme, denetim ve de\u011ferlendirmelerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrler.
