Un ve su birle\u015fince ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Asl\u0131nda gluten d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131m\u0131z da&nbsp;de\u011fildir ama sadece fermantasyon olursa dostumuz olabilir.
